The following Terms and Conditions outline the requirements and provisions of the Kilometre Guarantee. Compliance with these conditions is essential to maintain warranty eligibility and ensure that tires perform safely and efficiently throughout their expected service life.

Kal Tire’s Kilometre Guarantee covers the usable tread life of the tire, measured in kilometres, from the date of installation and is valid on eligible purchases made after April 13th, 2026.

To qualify, eligible tires must be installed by Kal Tire at a Kal Tire store or by a Kal Tire technician at the customer’s yard, used only in the outlined application, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, including proper inflation, rotation, alignment, and load capacity. Rotation of steer, drive, and trailer tires at 50% of tread wear is required as a condition of the warranty. The kilometre guarantee does not apply to tires operated in gravel or on/off road conditions.

The kilometre guarantee applies to Kal Tire Performance and Premium Retreads, as well as customer owned casings when the casing is a premium or Sailun brand.

The Kilometre Guarantee does not cover irregular wear due to mechanical issues (including but not limited to misalignment, improper inflation, overloading, or suspension defects), road hazards, accidents, vandalism, or improper use.

This Kilometre Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which the tires were installed.

Kal Tire reserves the right to inspect tires and verify compliance with all terms and conditions prior to approving any claim. In the event that the guaranteed kilometre threshold is not achieved, a pro-rated credit, calculated based on the difference between actual and guaranteed performance, will be applied toward the purchase of replacement tires through Kal Tire.

Kal Tire reserves the right to inspect tires and verify compliance with all terms and conditions prior to approving any claim. Kal Tire may review tire performance and, if necessary, update or end this Kilometre Guarantee for future purchases. Any eligible tires purchased and installed while the Kilometre Guarantee is in effect will continue to be covered according to these terms.
